Our team executed this project with precision across key phases. It began with preliminary assessments and design, conducting site surveys and engineering studies to develop tailored plans that met Usibrass’s specifications and regulatory requirements. Procurement followed, sourcing high-quality materials like CSNL pipes, tank steel, and fittings, ensuring timely delivery and compliance. During civil construction, we laid foundations and erected robust oil tank structures, preparing a stable base for integration.
The welding and fabrication phase involved crafting and assembling tank components and pipelines, with rigorous quality checks to ensure durability. Installation and tie-in saw the pipes expertly positioned and connected, linking the factory to the tank farms with seamless precision. Finally, testing and commissioning included pressure testing and system validation, confirming leak-free operation and optimal performance before handover.
