It started with preliminary assessments and design, where we conducted equipment diagnostics and developed repair plans aligned with BOST’s operational standards and safety regulations. Procurement secured high-quality replacement parts, including pump components, motor spares, filter materials, and valve fittings, all sourced for durability and compatibility.
The civil construction phase involved preparing work areas and support structures for efficient servicing access. We repaired or rebuilt damaged components, applying expert techniques and quality checks to restore integrity. Installation and tie-in saw the refurbished pumps, motors, meshes, and valves reintegrated into the system, ensuring smooth operation. Finally, testing and commissioning included functional tests and pressure checks, verifying optimal performance and reliability before handover.
