This upgrade improved measurement accuracy and operational control, strengthening efficiency across both depots

Our team delivered this modification with meticulous care across key phases. The process began with preliminary assessments and design, conducting pipeline surveys and engineering analyses to devise modification plans that met BOST’s calibration goals and regulatory standards.
Procurement sourced precision components, including flowmeter-compatible fittings, pipe sections, and calibration tools, ensuring quality and timely availability. Civil construction prepared the sites, adjusting supports and access points to facilitate pipeline alterations. The welding and fabrication phase modified the pipelines, cutting and welding new segments with strict quality assurance to maintain structural integrity. Installation and tie-in integrated the modified pipelines into the existing systems, aligning them for seamless flowmeter operation.
Finally, testing and commissioning involved calibration tests and flow verification, confirming enhanced accuracy and system reliability before handover.
