Our Approach

Our team executed this transformation through a meticulous, phased strategy. The project kicked off with preliminary assessments and design, involving thorough site evaluations, hydraulic analysis, and precise engineering plans to align with regulatory and project standards.

Next, procurement ensured the swift acquisition and inspection of pipes, valves, fittings, and critical materials. Civil construction established a solid foundation, excavating and erecting pipe supports, pump platforms, and steel frameworks essential for the system.

In the welding and fabrication stage, we shaped and joined pipeline elements, reinforcing quality with stringent controls and non-destructive testing. The installation and tie-in phase seamlessly linked new pipelines and pumps to existing infrastructure, prioritizing safety and operational flow.

Finally, testing and commissioning confirmed the system’s readiness, handing over a fully optimized operation to BOST.
